Snowdonia Fire and Security has been in operation since 1974 - initially specializing in the supply, installation and maintenance of fire protection equipment, but with recent expansion into both Sprinkler and Security systems - including Intruder alarms, CCTV and Door Access systems.

A vacancy has arisen for a Sprinkler Systems Supervisor to oversee a team of Sprinkler technicians installing Domestic and Residential Sprinkler systems throughout North and Mid Wales.

Based in our Head Office in Waunfawr, near Caernarfon, the successful applicant will start as soon as possible and have a period of on the job training before taking over this new role.

Experience in the Installation and maintenance of Sprinkler systems is preferred but consideration will be given to candidates with experience of supervision in Mechanical Engineering.

MAIN PURPOSE OF POST

To manage a team of field based service engineers to ensure that all work is carried out in line with company requirements and in compliance with both statutory and contractual specifications.

MAIN DUTIES

To supervise and monitor the day to day activities of the team of technicians including performance monitoring Provide support as required to ensure that installation, servicing and remedial works are carried out effectively and efficiently Ensure that all work carried out is performed in compliance with contractual specifications, the requirements of individual customers and IFC accreditation requirements Undertake van and stock audits of Technicians under supervision
