Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Develope

Work type: Contract and "On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable CLM solutions using platforms such as Icertis, Agiloft, Conga, or custom-built applications. Configure workflows, templates, user roles/permissions, clause libraries, and approval processes. Integrate CLM systems with upstream/downstream platforms such as ERP, CRM (e.g., SAP, Salesforce), document management, and e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign). Develop custom modules, plugins, or scripts to extend CLM platform functionalities. Ensure data integrity, access controls, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Provide support for ongoing enhancements, issue resolution, testing, and documentation. Assist in user training and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in CLM development or implementation. Hands-on experience with one or more CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, Agiloft, Conga, SirionLabs, Contract Works, or any similar etc.). Strong understanding of contract lifecycle stages and workflow automation. Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, SQL, XML, etc.) and integration tools (REST APIs, middleware). Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and DMS integrations.
