Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and contribute to the overall success of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with expertise in HRIS and ATS systems. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to analyse data effectively. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for supervising HR staff, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Duties

Oversee the recruitment process, including the use of ATS systems such as Taleo and Workday. Manage employee onboarding and training programmes to enhance staff integration. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals. Supervise and mentor HR team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees. Analyse HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding workforce management. Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner. Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives to senior management and staff. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and best practices in human resources.

Experience

Proven experience in a Human Resources management role, demonstrating strong supervisory skills. Familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly Workday and PeopleSoft, is highly desirable. Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to interpret metrics for strategic decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities. Experience in managing recruitment processes using ATS tools such as Taleo is advantageous. A solid understanding of employment law and best practices in human resources management is essential.
