The Opportunity



We are seeking a a highly motivated Senior Manager of Field Market Access for Europe. This is a unique, high-impact role for a self-starter who will serve as the sole market access expert in the region, partnering closely with the commercial organization and global market access leadership. The focus will be on developing and executing market access strategies in key European markets (UK, France, Germany) and supporting expansion into additional territories.



Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Design and implement market access strategies to AliveCor's portfolio in the UK, France, Germany, and other European markets, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.Analyze and influence healthcare system workflow integration, reimbursement pathways, and HTA requirements in each market

Cross-Functional Partnership:

Act as the primary market access liaison to the European commercial team, providing strategic inputs to drive product and service adoption and revenue growth. Collaborate with global market access leadership to align regional and global strategic plans, creating efficiencies and opportunities to leverage capabilities and assets globally

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with payers, HTA bodies, policymakers, healthcare providers, and industry associations in targeted markets. Represent AliveCor at industry, payer, and professional organization meetings and events to advocate for product value and access

Evidence Generation & Value Communication:

Partner with global market access and service to develop value dossiers, health economic models, and reimbursement submissions. Support and influence the generation and communication of real-world evidence to demonstrate product and service value to payers and decision-makers

Market Intelligence:

Monitor and report on policy changes, competitor activities, and market trends affecting access and reimbursement for digital health, AI, and cardiac devices

Operational Excellence:

Manage project independently, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely execution of market access initiatives as a team of one

Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced degree in Public Health, Life Sciences, Health Economics or related field 5+ years of demonstrated success in market access, health economics or reimbursement for medical devices or diagnostics with a proven record in European markets Ideally experience in large medical technology or pharmaceutical companies Ideally German-speaking Deep knowledge of European healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and HTA requirements, especially in the UK, France, and Germany Demonstrated ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
