, we focus on finding great talents, anticipating business needs, and supporting our hiring managers to hire successfully. We are aiming for successful long-term hires and driving an innovative recruiting process with a great candidate experience.


We are currently looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be aligned to our G&A (Corporate) and Marketing departments.

Your role in the team:

Full-cycle recruitment for corporate departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR) and marketing teams, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals. Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of candidate and stakeholder engagement. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and professionalism. Maintain and update ATS records, ensuring compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.

Proven experience recruiting for corporate and marketing roles, ideally in a fast-paced or matrixed environment. Previous experience of multi-country recruitment, ideally within EMEA Ability to manage high volume of open roles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
