About the opportunity: We're seeking a Stadium Operations Assistant to provide excellent administration support and assistance to the Stadium Operations Department.
As Stadium Operations Assistant your primary focus will be supporting with match day and major event day preparations including accreditation and car park administration support whilst also assisting with various operational projects in relation to Hill Dickinson Stadium.
You will provide focused day-to-day operational assistance to the Stadium Operations Support Manager and Site Managers.
Key responsibilities as part of this role will also include:
To assist with coordinating meetings, creating agendas and minute taking for match day and major events including operational meetings relating to Hill Dickinson Stadium and Goodison Park Stadium
Managing the department inbox, directing emails, sharing important site information/invites and dealing with all enquiries to the stadium operations department
To coordinate and maintain a department calendar of all fixtures and major events taking place across sites
To assist with the recording and answering complaints/feedback/requests via Salesforce
Who we are looking for: Essentially, we are looking for an individual who has experience of supporting the administrative function within a busy team.
You will have a sound understanding of the importance of data and the principles of managing complex data, including knowledge of the Data Protection Act and has the ability to work discreetly under pressure.
We need a passionate, energised team player who embraces change and has a commitment to providing outstanding service.
The role is permanent and will be based at Hill Dickinson Stadium, working 35 hours per week plus matchdays and some evening and weekends.
