The Role
PE Global are recruiting for an EU Total Rewards Lead on behalf of our client based in Dundalk Co. Louth. This is a permanent role.
Job Responsibilities

  • Create EU regional total rewards strategy and align with global TR strategy and principle.
  • Formulate EU total rewards framework and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Participate in annual salary surveys and conduct market benchmark pricing to assess the competitiveness of the company's remuneration offering and provide informative analysis to facilitate business and talent decisions.
  • Monitoring government regulations, legislation, and market trends.
  • Conduct job evaluation/leveling.
  • Lead global compensation and benefits projects and ensure smoothly implemented in the region.
  • Propose or initial C&B solution (e.g., sales incentive plan, labor cost analysis modeling) based on business needs and requirements.
  • Conduct region benefit benchmark and propose benefit solutions to align with market practice.
  • Propose total rewards communication mechanism based on region strategy and conduct communication activities.
  • Ensure all C&B related projects and processes are smoothly and timely delivered with high quality.
  • Manage the annual compensation activities including merit increase, bonus, off-cycle salary adjustment smoothly and effectively.
  • Continuously update and revise C&B related policies and SOPs.
  • Work closely with Payroll to ensure the accuracy of C&B data and policy compliance.
  • Manage the C&B budget effectively.
  • Manage regional benefit programs and ensure smooth running of same.
  • Will be flexible to take on additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of line manager.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related majors
  • At least 10 years' working experience of Compensation and Benefits management.
  • Familiar with Mercer/Aon methodology (e.g., Radford, IPE)
  • Deep knowledge on compensation systems and structures and benefit management
  • Proficient in Excel and Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across various levels in the organization.
  • Experience in coordinating complex projects.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively, plan and set priorities to accomplish required tasks
