At Sugar Mama's we aim to bring Hertford the best desserts possible with our towering sundaes, thick milkshakes, and crispy waffles (plus more!). In just about a year Sugar Mama's has become Hertford #1 Dessert destination. Sugar Mama's is a family owned business so you will always be in close contact with the owners, and working alongside them.

Your Responsibilities:

Help customers find their perfect sweet treat and provide top-notch service. Keep our shop sparkling clean and inviting. Ensuring all stations are stocked (we get busy at night!) Ensure every dessert meets our high standards for taste and presentation before it reaches the customer. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

The Serious Stuff

MUST

be able to work

WEEKENDS and DAY SHIFTS DURING THE WEEK! (EX. Mondays 11am to 4pm)

We cannot promise a set number of hours a week, as our business will fluctuate from the summer to winter time. (For example, summer time will require 1 to 2 days during the week plus weekends, however the winter time will just be weekends)
