At Dougie Mac, we provide holistic, high-quality, person-centred care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families across Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire. Our 28-bedded Adult Inpatient Unit offers symptom management and end-of-life care--supported by a multidisciplinary team, 24/7.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering outstanding physical, emotional, and spiritual care tailored to each patient Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care as part of a multi-professional team Leading shifts and supervising healthcare staff in the absence of senior nurses Participating in quality improvement, audits and continuous development Maintaining professional, accurate documentation in line with NMC and hospice policy

What we're looking for:

NMC registration (RGN) A passion for palliative or complex care (experience desirable but not essential) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work flexibly across days and nights as part of a supportive team A commitment to professional development and delivering high standards of care
