Job Description

To work in a clinical environment and provide a high standard of patient care, able to assess and prepare both major and day surgery patients prior to undergoing elective surgery either under local or general anaesthesia. - Provide post-operative care to the day case patients and ensure a safe discharge home the same day. - To liaise with the MDT, to ensure a positive patient experience and optimal surgical outcome. - Be able to effectively manage time and workload to ensure smooth running of the unit. * Complete documentation to a high standard electronically and in written format. - Communicate clearly and effectively with kindness and respect.
