About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated

Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

to join our nursing home team in Luton. This opportunity is particularly suited to

early-career nurses with at least 1 year of post-registration experience

, who are keen to continue developing their skills in a supportive environment.

You'll be delivering person-centred care, supporting residents with complex needs, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of clinical and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Provide safe and effective nursing care in line with best practice. Administer medication, monitor health conditions, and maintain accurate care records. Lead and support care staff in daily practice. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, CQC, and clinical governance standards. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
What We're Looking For

NMC Registered Nurse (Adult / Mental Health / Learning Disability). Minimum

1 year of post-registration nursing experience

Nursing home experience is essential
