Responsibilities
Provide safe and effective nursing care in line with best practice.
Administer medication, monitor health conditions, and maintain accurate care records.
Lead and support care staff in daily practice.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, CQC, and clinical governance standards.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
