Kingsley Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
to join our team at Brackley Nursing Home for night shifts. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of 21.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents during night shifts. Monitor and manage residents' health conditions, administering medications as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans, nursing notes, and risk assessments. Work collaboratively with other nurses, care staff, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure excellent care standards. Respond promptly to any emergencies or urgent care needs. Support and guide junior staff when necessary.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration. Previous experience working in a nursing home or similar care environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent care.
