We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
to join our caring and professional team at our established nursing home. The successful candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to residents during night shifts, ensuring safety, dignity, and wellbeing are maintained at all times.You will work as part of a committed team to deliver person-centred care and support residents in achieving the best possible quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with NMC standards and company policies. Administer medication safely and accurately. Assess, plan, and evaluate individual care plans. Supervise and support care staff to ensure consistent, high standards of care. Maintain accurate clinical records and reports. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Qualified
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
with validNMC registration
. Relevantpost-registration experience
in a nursing home or similar setting. Strong communication, clinical, and organisational skills. Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing outstanding care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 22.75 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
