We are looking for an experienced and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
to join our care home team on night shifts. This role offers a consistent rota of 3 nights one week and 4 nights the next, providing a great work-life balance.The ideal candidate will have prior nursing home experience, strong clinical knowledge, and a genuine passion for delivering person-centred care. Please note that applicants should be available to work over the
Christmas and New Year period
.Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care in line with NMC standards. Administer medication and maintain accurate care records. Supervise and support care staff during night shifts. Monitor residents' wellbeing and respond promptly to clinical needs. Ensure a safe, caring, and compliant environment.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (
RGN/RMN
) with validNMC PIN
. Minimum1 year of nursing home experience
required. Strong clinical and communication skills. Reliable, professional, and flexible to meet residents' needs. Must be available during the Christmas and New Year period.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
