A full-time Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) is required for night shifts within a nursing home environment. This role is ideal for a dedicated nurse with strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care during night hours.
Key Requirements
NMC registration (
RGN/RMN
) Minimum1 year
post-registration nursing experience Strong clinical knowledge and confidence working autonomously at night Excellent communication, observation, and medication management skills Ability to provide compassionate, safe, and effective careRole Responsibilities
Deliver high-standard nursing care throughout night shifts Conduct clinical assessments, administer medications, and maintain accurate records Monitor residents' health, respond promptly to changes, and escalate when needed Support care staff and ensure a safe, calm environment overnight Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and care plans
