Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and needs. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments. Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects. Provide direct patient care, including wound care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.

Experience

A valid nursing degree and registration with the appropriate nursing regulatory body. Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified nurses. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to medication administration. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. A commitment to providing compassionate care and advocating for patients' needs.
