About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our night team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work a rolling rota of 38.5 hours per week, alternating between 3 and 4 night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centered care during night shifts
Administer medication and manage clinical interventions
Monitor patient wellbeing and respond to any overnight needs
Accurately maintain care plans and clinical documentation
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
Valid
NMC PIN
as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Minimum
1 year of post-registration experience
Strong clinical skills and decision-making ability
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
