We are currently recruiting Band 5 Paediatric nurses, to work within our Paediatric Emergency Department who are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals committed to excellent patient experience and care, to join our team.
We have a 24 hour paediatric ED and it is an exciting time as we are shaping the urgent care provisions and the Emergency care for Children and Young People in the Trust.
We encourage staff to develop both clinically and managerially and we provide a comprehensive induction program, preceptorship and in-house training. We are also pleased to offer rotational positions within the paediatric areas if requested. All new staff are fully supported by the team, Unit Manager, Matron, Clinical Practice Educators and Clinical Nurse Specialists (Paediatrics).

In collaboration with the department integrated multidisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients
To contribute towards developing and maintain a suitable and stimulating learning and environment
