Administer medication and manage medication rounds Provide high-quality care with minimal supervision Maintain accurate care records and assessments Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration
(RGN)Minimum 2 years' nursing experience
