RGN

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver holistic, person-centred nursing care aligned with residents' individual needs and preferences. Develop, review, and maintain detailed care plans and ensure safe and effective wound management. Liaise proactively with families, multidisciplinary teams, and local authorities to support high-quality outcomes. Support new admissions, including pre-assessment, planning, and transitional care. Respond to enquiries from prospective residents and families in a professional and informative manner. Lead by example, championing best practices in nursing within a social care context. Promote the role of Eden Alternative philosophy and Meaningful Care Matters throughout the home in delivering person-centred care.

What We're Looking For:



A Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN. A holistic practitioner who values empathy, dignity, and autonomy. A collaborative and supportive team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary setting. Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills. A passion for continuous improvement and advocacy in social care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
