Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

Rotational Days & Nights (e.g., 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

About the Role:

We're seeking a

compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)

to join our dedicated team at [Nursing Home Name]. You'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents with complex needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

clinical nursing care

, including medication administration, wound management, and catheter care. Conduct

comprehensive assessments

and develop individualized care plans. Supervise and support

Healthcare Assistants

, ensuring safe delegation of tasks. Maintain accurate

electronic care records

(training provided). Adhere to

CQC standards

, safeguarding protocols, and infection control policies. Liaise with

GPs, families, and multidisciplinary teams

to ensure holistic care.

Essential Requirements:

Active NMC registration

(RGN or RMN).
?

6+ months' UK nursing home experience

(elderly care preferred).
?

Strong clinical skills

: Medication rounds, pressure ulcer prevention, end-of-life care.

Flexibility

to work rotational days/nights.

Right to Work

in the UK (no sponsorship provided).

Desirable Skills:

Experience with

dementia care

or

palliative care

. Leadership/mentorship experience. Knowledge of

ReSPECT forms

DoLS
