Rotational Days & Nights (e.g., 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am, including weekends)

About the Role:

We're seeking a compassionate

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver

person-centered nursing care

, including medication administration, wound management, and chronic condition monitoring. Conduct

Healthcare Assistants

, delegating tasks safely. Liaise with

GPs, families, and multidisciplinary teams

to ensure holistic care. Maintain accurate

electronic care records

(training provided). Adhere to

infection control

safeguarding

policies.

Essential Requirements:

Active NMC registration

(RGN).

6+ months' UK nursing home experience

(elderly care preferred).

Flexibility

to work rotational days/nights.

Right to Work in the UK

Desirable Skills:

Experience with

dementia care

or

palliative care

. Knowledge of

ReSPECT forms

and

DoLS

.
