About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)

to join our dynamic team in Bromley. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs or learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

specialist nursing care

tailored to individual patient needs. Conduct

risk assessments

and develop personalized care plans. Administer

medications

and monitor treatment efficacy. Lead therapeutic activities and promote recovery-focused interventions. Collaborate with

multidisciplinary teams

(psychiatrists, OT, social workers). Maintain accurate

electronic patient records

(EMR systems training provided). Adhere to

CQC standards

, safeguarding protocols, and infection control policies.

Essential Requirements:

Active NMC registration

(RMN or RNLD).

6+ months' UK hospital or mental health/learning disability setting experience

Flexibility

to work rotational days/nights (e.g., 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am).
? Strong

clinical skills

: medication management, crisis intervention, care planning.

Right to Work

Desirable Skills:

Experience with

challenging behaviors

autism spectrum disorders

. PMVA/MAPA training. Knowledge of

Mental Health Act

DoLS
