We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Staffing Account Manager to join the team at Tribe. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions. Duties
Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet organisational needs.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Using external staffing portals for managed vendors and master vendors
Lead, motivate, and support a team of recruitment professionals to achieve targets.
Conduct regular reviews of staffing performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with management to forecast future staffing requirements.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
Skills
Experience within staffing or recruitment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
