Job Description

RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a trusted, local accessibility specialist and authorised distributor for Stannah Stairlifts. We help people live safely and independently at home.


Due to growth, we're hiring a Stairlift/Hoist Technician for our Inverness branch.


What you'll do:




Install, service and repair stairlifts (multiple makes) and ceiling track hoists Learn our full product range and assist senior engineers and teammates Take part in the out-of-hours call rota (typically 1 week in 5 - allowance paid) Pitch in with reasonable additional tasks to keep customers moving safely

What you'll bring:




Engineering experience (mechanical/electrical trade background welcome) Knowledge of stairlifts/hoists is desirable, not essential - full training provided Friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills Customer-focused, disability-aware, punctual, and smart appearance Full UK driving licence (essential)

Hours: 39 per week (08:00-16:30 Mon-Thu, 08:00-15:30 Fri.
