Job Summary

We are planning on setting up a Mushroom farm at Higher Farm. We are seeking an experienced mushroom grower and mycologist to set up and manage this new mushroom growing operation.

Description

An initial period on planning and setting up the mushroom growing operation, lead by your suggestions of which methods to use and which species to start with Once we are operating you will manage and operate the growing from inoculation to harvest You will receive the orders from our customers and pack for distribution As we grow the business you will hire a team to help manage the operation

Specification

5 + Experience in growing mushrooms, and experience in managing a mushroom farm

Extensive knowledge in Mycology and the various methods, species and cultivation approaches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00 per year
