Responsibilities:
As a Station Administrator, you will tackle diverse responsibilities that make a real difference:Manage security interviews, issue job offers, prepare contracts, and guide new employees through their first days.
Ensure employees are equipped with uniforms, tools, and key insights, while maintaining meticulous personnel records (both paper and digital).
Manage meeting minutes, office supplies, invoice administration, and hotel, flight, and car bookings for unregistered employees.
Navigate GDPR, payroll adjustments, pension opt-outs, and trade union documentation with accuracy and care.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:Strong administration experience.
Experience within the aviation industry would be desirable but not essential.
Confidence in using O365 SharePoint, MS Office tools, and Dayforce.
Build relationships with ease and bring a friendly approach to every interaction.
Balance structure and flexibility to follow processes while thinking on your feet.
Thrive in a fast-moving team environment, tackling challenges collaboratively.
Communicate effectively, both written and spoken.
