Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication processes and possess the ability to work with various materials, particularly sheet metal. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality components that meet precise specifications.

Duties

Fabricate components using a variety of materials, focusing on sheet metal applications. Operate power tools and hand tools effectively to complete fabrication tasks. Perform mig welding and other welding techniques to assemble parts securely. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Skills

Proficient in fabrication techniques, including welding and assembly processes. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Familiarity with basic maths for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work consistently. Farming background would be preferable
