We are recruiting For an architectural metalwork installer and installers Mate

We are a well established Architectural Metalwork company based in Shropshire supplying Handrails and balustrades to main contractors nationwide. We pride ourselves on quality and supplying a product that we can be proud of that meets and exceeds the clients expectations while causing the least amount of disruption on site.

Duties

Installing Architectural metalwork - Balustrades, Handrails, Canopies, Staircases in Mils steel, Stainless Steel and glass Install secondary steelwork - Beams, Trimmers, Goalposts, Windposts etc Complying with all relevant Company Health, Safety and Environmental policies and attend training wherever necessary Liaise with site team regarding installations and health and safety issues Be able to read drawings and mark out correctly using Datums/Gridlines etc and install metalwork to required tolerances Working to drawings Occasional on site fabrication and welding Represent the company onsite and act in the companies best interests.

Key Requirements:

Valid CSCS card SSSTS would be preferred Be willing to work away from home in the UK Drivers licence 5 years experience in architectural metalwork installations minimum

Preferred:

IPAF PASMA SSSTS Welding MIG & TIG would be preferable

Monday to Friday 8am -4.30pm on site with unpaid lunch break

Overtime may be available depending on project Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Installer or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Health and Safety awareness in a construction environment
- Physical fitness for lifting and carrying heavy materials

Pay: 35,000.00-42,000.00 per year
