Plan staffing, financial, material and operational needs for STEM workshops and SEND/Short Breaks sessions
Provide administrative leadership: rotas, venue logistics, materials, session coordination
Lead curriculum/content decisions, pedagogy for SEND cohorts, budgets and service standards
Manage participant registration, bookings, attendance, consent/medical data and session allocations
Draft and interpret operational policies (safeguarding, H&S, risk assessments, data protection)
Track engagement, learning outcomes and developmental progress; implement safe recruitment and DBS checks
Support recruitment, onboarding, training and marketing; represent service at events
Design performance evaluation for programs and staff; analyse KPIs and implement improvements
Manage budgets and produce monthly performance reports
Schedule multi-site operations and coordinate contingency planning
Embed psychology-informed strategies for SEND learners and coach staff for inclusive delivery
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree (RQF Level 6+) in psychology, education or related field; master's preferred
Significant management experience in education or allied services
Knowledge of safeguarding, H&S, and quality assurance in children's services
Enhanced DBS required prior to start
Evidence of stakeholder engagement and budget/resource management
Desirable: Experience with SEND programs and multi-site coordination
