You'll be joining a vibrant and fast paced Department, responsible for ensuring payment deadlines for the UK are met. Our Head Office based Accounts department hums with productivity all day long. As part of our Stock Accounting team, you'll utilise your exceptional organisational skills, impeccable attention to detail and effective communication skills to resolve our suppliers' queries and processing of invoices using our bespoke databases. If you thrive in a deadline oriented, fast-moving environment, this may be an ideal opportunity for you.

What you'll do



Processing of invoices received from suppliers using our bespoke accounting matching software Liaising with suppliers and resolving their queries via our LiCo Ticketing system Reconciling suppliers' statements Managing incoming calls from Hotline General ad hoc office admin duties Prioritising conflicting deadlines Liaising with various internal Head Office Departments responding to last minute challenges and requests as they arise
What you'll need



Proven experience within an Accounts environment is essential Knowledge of basic accounting principles Possess an outstanding attention to detail Strong analytical and numerical skills Good organisational skills and ability to work precisely under pressure in a fast paced environment A confident and effective communicator Flexible, used to problem solving and capable of demonstrating initiative AAT/ACCA/Bookkeeping training desirable but not essential Strong Excel and Word skills
