SGD Management t/a Gold Brothers are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Allocator to join our Buying team at our Edinburgh office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Buying and Merchandising within a fast-paced retail environment.

As an Allocator, you'll play a key part in ensuring our stores and online channels receive the right stock, at the right time, in the right quantities. Working closely with the Buying team, you'll support stock movement and allocation planning. You'll also be a key contact for stores, helping maintain strong working relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Buying team with stock movement and replenishment Use the allocation and replenishment system to: set stock levels for stores allocate new lines monitor replenishment complete price changes raise and process store orders Maintain daily communication with stores, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve queries. Carry out data entry, reporting, and stock analysis tasks. Support the implementation of range plans, space plans, and product launches.

Skills & Experience:

Strong numerical skills and confidence working with data. Excellent communication and people skills. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
