Administration & Compliance
Complete and maintain system records, documentation, and trackers (including Pallet Tracker, ATP reports, shortage logs, and ZLOC moves).
Handle product returns, non-conformances, and shortages professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary.
Produce safe and legal documentation for the next 24-hour period (night shift responsibility).
Maintain compliance with site accreditations (ISO9001, BRC) and company standards.
Support site audits and promote Health, Safety, and Quality best practices.
Communication & Teamwork
Serve as the key communication link between Warehouse Leads, Stock, Customer Service, and Admin teams.
