The Stock & Data Integrity Manager is an exciting position within an experienced Supply Chain Department. This role will be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of:

All Owen Mumford UK inventory stored across all internal and external sites. The Supply Chain Master Data.

We are looking for someone who is able to inspire, lead and manage the Stock & Data Integrity team to exceed expectation whilst achieving team & personal objectives.


This role will be based at our Chipping Norton site.

Key Responsibilities:



Inspire, lead and manage the Stock & Data Integrity team to exceed expectation and achieve team / personal objectives. Manage the data integrity agenda across the UK supply chain and ensure all Master Data is processed in full and in alignment with Owen Mumford's Master Data rules. Drive the adoption of good data practice and Transactional Excellence across the UK Supply Chain Manage stock integrity (physical and system) across five UK sites; three internal and two external. Ensure the accuracy of stock across five UK sites reflected in Epicor (Owen Mumford's Stock Management System) and develop systems and processes to minimise stock variation, optimise stock availability, and ensure timely stock reporting. Represent the Supply Chain Team in all Master Data knowledge sharing forums; promoting local best practice and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain a 3PL Inventory continuous improvement programme, ensuring all OM inventory is captured accurately and communicated in real time. Implement 3PL storage standards to ensure OM inventory is stored to the standard required. Manage the reporting of KPI's, and work with team to analyse the data to implement changes to enhance stock accuracy and integrity. Management of stock transfers, ensuring stock visibility and availability is maintained. Continually develop a storage strategy to minimise inventory while maximising availability and efficiency. Be the Subject Matter Expert for Epicor (and all 3rd Party Stock Systems) within the Logistics Team. Lead the development of Epicor for the Logistics Team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:



Degree level or equivalent experience Ability to confidently deal with associates of all levels Highly skilled at Excel Experience with process development, compliance, Inventory control disciplines and best practice. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills Team Player
