About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Stock & Quality Assistant to join our warehouse team. This hands-on role will be central to ensuring accurate stock levels, supporting our quality assurance processes, and assisting with general warehouse operations.

You will play a vital part in helping maintain product integrity, supporting compliance with customer and business standards, and contributing to a safe, clean and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Accuracy & Control

Carry out regular and accurate stock counts and cycle checks Investigate and report stock discrepancies Ensure stock is labelled, stored and handled correctly Record and report findings in line with company procedures

Quality Assurance Support

Assist with visual inspections of incoming and outgoing goods Report non-conformances and assist with root cause investigations Support QA documentation and labelling processes Follow work instructions and quality standards diligently

General Warehouse Operations

Support goods-in and goods-out processes where needed Help maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment Follow health & safety procedures and raise concerns where necessary Use warehouse equipment and systems appropriately and safely

What We're Looking For

A reliable and hardworking team player Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Good organisational skills and a proactive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Willingness to learn QA procedures and support process improvement Basic computer skills for stock/QA recording (training provided) Previous warehouse or QA experience is essential
