About the role
We are looking for someone to join Cambridgeshire Libraries' Stock and Systems team.
The Stock and Systems team supports the delivery of the library service across Cambridgeshire, through the purchasing and management of stock, and administration of the library management system.
The team works closely with all library teams including specialist business support, community health information, development, and volunteer teams as well as libraries across the county.

What will you be doing?
As a Stock and Systems Assistant, you will help to provide a comprehensive service that reflects the diverse needs of our community, responding to a variety of enquiries from library staff and customers.
You will perform tasks such as placing library stock orders, processing invoices using the library management system and the County Council's finance system and providing management information reports. Although there is plenty of routine work, there is also opportunity to be creative in supporting the library service as it evolves.
