We are looking for a

Stock & Systems Manager

to join our team, operating across the P&I portfolio. You'll be responsible for improving processes, managing stock control metrics, and acting as an independent reviewer of inventory management practices to ensure KPIs and contractual requirements are met.

We're offering a salary of

45,000

What you'll do on a typical day:

Ensure stock integrity and manage related KPIs across multiple contracts Develop best practice and standardisation of control processes with operational teams Build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead stock-related performance improvements Drive continuous improvement initiatives and audit governance Analyse data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Proven experience managing inventory and systems operations in a fast-moving environment Strong ERP & WMS knowledge, including implementation, and advanced Excel skills Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively Expertise in stock control, replenishment planning, and high SKU management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
