The Role

We're looking for proactive and physically capable

Stock Assistants

to support the operational heartbeat of our high-energy sample sale events. You'll be essential to our stock handling, delivery setup, and inventory flow before and during events, helping bring our luxury brand partners' products to life for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, check, and process incoming deliveries Assist with stock movement, unpacking, categorisation, and set-up Tag, price, and prepare products according to brand protocols Maintain accurate back-of-house stockroom organisation Assist with stock replenishment on the shop floor during live trading Support load-in/load-out operations efficiently and safely Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure smooth execution of events Occasionally assist with cloakroom, queue management, or floor support as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in stock, warehouse, events or retail operations preferred Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented with a "can-do" attitude Able to follow instructions and work independently or in a team Calm and focused under pressure in busy environments Flexible availability - events often include early starts, late finishes, or weekends
