The Role

We're looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused

Sales Floor Assistants

to help deliver exceptional service during our luxury sample sale events. You'll be the face of our brand partners, supporting customers on the shop floor and ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail setting Greet and assist customers with product enquiries, fitting rooms, and purchases Maintain shop floor standards including tidiness, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment Operate tills accurately and efficiently Support with cloakroom, queue management, and customer flow as required Uphold brand standards and represent our partner labels with professionalism Respond calmly to customer issues or escalate to management when needed

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred Confident, approachable, and proactive with a passion for service Able to stay composed and effective in busy environments A strong team player with a flexible, can-do attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible availability - events often include early starts, late finishes, or weekends
