stock condition, energy and HHSRS surveys
to help us capture robust data, inform long-term investment decisions, and support our mission to provide homes that our customers are proud to live in.

What we're looking for
Someone with a strong background in
property maintenance, housing, or construction
who can combine technical expertise with a customer-first mindset. You'll need to be comfortable working independently, using your initiative, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Significant experience in property maintenance (housing) or construction.
Knowledge of
stock condition surveys, HHSRS surveys
and property-related data management.
A relevant qualification (BTEC or equivalent in property/construction) -
HHSRS accreditation is desirable
.
Confidence with technology, including mobile devices and data systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional requirements
A
full UK driving licence
and the ability to travel across our housing stock.
To successfully complete a
Basic DBS check
.

35,500 - 37,068 per year, with an annual salary review
This role involves regular travel across our homes and communities, and to support you, we'll provide either a
