Job Title: Stock Control Supervisor

Location: South Kirkby Site

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Stock Control Supervisor

to join our team at our South Kirkby site. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our stock control processes and the effective use of our new in-house stock management system.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of our new in-house stock system, gaining a full understanding of its functionality. Ensure accurate and timely data input to maintain stock integrity, ordering accuracy, and efficient replenishment. Train and educate all staff members on the use of the system, ensuring consistent company-wide adoption and understanding. Oversee stock control operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Provide leadership and direction to team members, ensuring high performance and adherence to processes. Monitor and resolve any stock discrepancies quickly and effectively.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in stock control, warehouse, or supply chain supervision. Strong man-management and leadership skills. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to quickly learn and master new systems. Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to teach and support colleagues effectively.
