Stock Control, Traceability and Customs Support - January 2026

Our growing portfolio of food and feed ingredients traded on a business-to-business basis includes staple food products like Raw Milk, Skimmed Milk, Cream, Butter, Liquid Concentrates, Milk Powders, Cheese and Animal Feed Rations.
A dynamic and growing company with a client focused environment, we need an individual to provide oversight and management of all Stock related data and its evolution as the business operations expand. This is to include the creation and monitoring of customs documentary processes, with the objective to achieve the satisfaction of the customer, company, and the law. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following personality attributes -

Duties
Stock System Facilitation:
Management of stock control data recorded on Excel spreadsheet* Ensuring completeness and accuracy of recorded data to provide robust traceability.* Raise, investigate and reconcile Non-Conformances* Data input into Excel and Sage.* Meeting with new and existing clients/hauliers/contractors on site or off site as required.* Liaising with team members in stock receipt & call off procedures* Exchange of electronic information to facilitate and manage stocking and destocking processes*
Customs Activities Facilitation:
Preparation of online submissions* Official Veterinarian Liaison* Export Health Certificate Applications* Importing & exporting procedures* Liaising with hauliers.* Monitoring of logistic movements.*
General Activities
Provide ad hoc support for clients/hauliers outside of office hours including weekend and public holidays in relation to Customs Activities by mutual agreement.* Identifying potential areas for business improvement as required, and other pertinent duties as defined by company management*
