Monday - Friday

Hours:

08:30 to 17:30

This role is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate stock levels across KFP's operations. You will ensure all stock movements -- including deliveries, returns, and dispatches -- are recorded correctly and processed efficiently. Working closely with the Operations team and Service Desk, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of KFP's operations and ensuring equipment is available for customer projects and support needs.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

Accurately recording all incoming and outgoing stock movements in line with internal processes Regularly performing stock checks and reconciling discrepancies Working closely with the Projects, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure stock accuracy Preparing and dispatching orders within agreed timeframes Supporting inventory audits and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

About you



We are seeking someone with experience in inventory or warehouse control, ideally within a fast-paced logistics or technology environment. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

You will be comfortable using stock management systems and working to defined processes to ensure consistency and accuracy. Physical aspects of the role may include manual handling, so a practical, hands-on approach is essential.

Key qualities for success in this role include reliability, accuracy, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to supporting internal teams are also important.

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or technology support environment is desirable.
