At MAYLR, we specialise in providing warehousing and fulfilment solutions for brands and agencies. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring our warehouse operates at maximum efficiency while maintaining high standards of presentation and organisation across our two neighbouring units.
About the Role
Reporting to the Goods In Manager, you will take ownership of the presentation, organisation, and flow of goods within the warehouse. Your focus will be on creating a clean, organised, and efficient workspace that maximises space and streamlines operations. This is a physically demanding role that involves manual handling and being on your feet throughout the day, so candidates must be physically fit and prepared for hands-on tasks. The role is offered on a full time basis, working 9:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday (hours flexible/negotiable for the right candidate)
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Organisation
Tidy and organise goods across the warehouse to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
Restock packaging supplies and ensure availability for ongoing operations.
Restack and condense pallets and boxes for optimal use of space.
Relabel goods to improve accuracy and visibility.
Sweep floors, empty bins, recycle cardboard, and keep internal and external areas tidy.
Shred confidential documents as required.
Accountability & Collaboration
Request updates and information from colleagues to ensure goods are correctly labelled and accounted for at all times.
Work with colleagues to ensure company-wide adherence to warehouse standards.
Stock Management
Conduct weekly stock takes and record levels of goods held across multiple areas, including shelving, racking, pallet bays, and other storage zones.
