Summary
We are seeking a dedicated SAP Stock Controller to join our team at Keystream Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for ordering all the packaging items required to convert into finished goods. A person that optimises internal management systems to maintain good cost control and customer service.
Be a integral link between suppliers, stores and the manufacturing teams.
Your contributions will directly support our mission to deliver high-quality ice products to our customers.
Hours of Work and Pay
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm
2 x 30 minutes paid break
28k to 32 depending on experience

Responsibilities
Purchasing all factory direct items, film, cardboard and sundry items
Coordinating physical stocks via the use of material handling systems (SAP and Chess)
Reporting & stock movement of SAP and Chess systems
Assist in testing and development of systems
Control of packaging and dry goods store stock flow through systems, and support physical stock movements
Ensure completion process of customer orders
Liaise with factory management on order replenishment and minimum stock holding requirements.
Discrepancy reporting and assisting to investigate stock queries
Inform sales and/or customers of late deliveries
Assist in scheduled planning meetings to ensure no material impacts to service or costs are realised.
Liaise with suppliers to improve lead times and customer service.
Ensuring all customers receive information in a timely and accurate fashion
To check that products / products storage conditions conform to Customer Specifications and inform relevant management regarding acceptance or rejection of the products
To report and help the relevant management concerning quality issues
To ensure that all Company documentation and records are completed as required by the Company Quality System
BRC adherence and document completion
Complete month end stock reconciliations and variance reports.
Taking ownership of issues to resolution
Adhering to procedures and the day 1 day 3 delivery process
Control and update internal purchase and recycling spreadsheets.
Be responsible for personal development, identifying training requirements and communicating them to relevant parties. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Monitor, report and return factory rejections to supplier.
Coordinate waste collections.
Requirements
Proven experience in a warehouse or stock management role is preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems is essential.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic data analysis skills are beneficial but not required.
