The Business

Evolution Foods produces a variety of healthy snacking products, including dried fruit, nuts, peanut butter, and children's puree fruit snacks.

Established in the early 2000's, the company has grown significantly, employing over 300 staff across 4 sites, 3 in Hortonwood and 1 in Halesfield, producing products for some of the UK's major retailers, including Aldi, Lidl, Co-Op, and Home Bargains.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our busy Supply Chain team. You'll support the Inventory Manager in ensuring stock accuracy across our ERP system, warehouse, and 3rd-party logistics providers. This role is split between office and warehouse, so you'll get hands-on experience in both environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Process completed works orders

- Create outbound delivery paperwork

- Investigate and report stock discrepancies

- Manage stock movements and ensure accuracy

- Coordinate cycle counting & stock takes

- Manage aged stock processes

- Ensure ERP system data matches 3rd-party logistics records

- Support the wider Supply Chain team with day-to-day admin tasks

About You

- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehousing environment

- Background in stock control / cycle counting

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel

- SAP B1 experience is an advantage (training provided)

- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure

- Team player with the ability to also work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
