online, supported by our branding and fulfilment division - Donaghys Direct. Our team is

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Stock Management

Coordinator to take ownership of our stock systems, product data management, and the day-to-day processes that keep our inventory accurate and our sales channels running smoothly.

This is a vital, standalone role within our operations team.



The Stock Managment Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock

records, managing product data and images, supporting online merchandising, and overseeing

order fulfilment processes. This is a standalone role that plays a key part in connecting stock

flow across our shop floor and online platforms, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent

communication, and full accountability for the stock management function.

Key Responsibilities:



Product Data Management:



Create and update product listings across platforms (Shopify, TRIMS). Create and maintain inventory using our stock management system. Build and manage spreadsheets to upload product data efficiently. Maintain product tags, filters, and search synonyms to improve online discoverability. Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in product information.

Inventory Management:



Track and record stock movements, including new deliveries, returns, and adjustments. Monitor stock levels across online and physical systems and flag discrepancies. Conduct regular stock checks to ensure alignment between systems and physical inventory. Assist in organising and conducting full stocktakes when required.

Pricing & Promotions:



Update product pricing and monitor for accuracy during campaigns. Apply promotional tags and manage seasonal sale updates. Coordinate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure timely price changes.

Communication & Coordination:



Respond to stock-related queries from internal teams and suppliers. Collaborate with floor staff, buyers, and marketing to ensure smooth stock flow. Liaise with suppliers to obtain updated product or imagery information when needed.

System & Tool Usage

:

Use Shopify, TRIMS, and other inventory systems to manage product data and stock. Work daily in Google Sheets and Excel for tracking, reporting, and uploads. Use image editing software (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) for preparing product images. Create range plans and assist the buying team during each season. Utilise internal communication tools (e.g. Gmail).

General Administrative Tasks:



Complete daily logs and reports for goods in/out and outstanding tasks. Liaise with management to provide stock insights that inform buying budgets. Create and distribute reports and range plans to support the buying process. Keep shared folders and documents well organised in Google Drive. Support additional operations-related admin tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills Required:



Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Comfortable using digital tools and stock management platforms (Shopify, TRIMS). Basic image editing experience (or willingness to learn). Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in stock, retail, warehouse, or e-commerce environments is desirable but not essential.

Hours of Work:



This is a full-time position (5 days per week). Based on-site at Donaghys, Banbridge. Occasional flexibility may be required during peak trading seasons

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
