What You'll Be Doing:
Review and process purchase order requests
Coordinate with line managers and validate stock requirements
Generate and manage official Purchase Orders
Ensure accurate delivery tracking and documentation
Support monthly stock takes and system updates
Contribute to improving and evolving procurement processes
You'll be working directly with key team members -- all of whom rely on you and your processes to keep operations flowing.

Skills & Attributes:
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Confident communicator across multiple departments
Proficient in Excel and stock management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in a stock, procurement, or supply chain role (preferred)
Understanding of Purchase Order systems and documentation
Experience working in a manufacturing or operational environment is an advantage
