Each year, the event sells out within hours and welcomes hundreds of thousands of guests, including celebrities and members of the Royal Family. Families journey through a 4.5-hour theatrical world of storytelling, character interaction, and festive wonder, creating truly unforgettable memories.

The Role: Stock Manager

Our Stock Managers play a vital part in delivering the Lapland magic by overseeing stock operations across our retail outlets. You will ensure products are available, organised, and presented to the highest standard, working closely with both retail and warehouse teams to keep everything running smoothly.

You will:

Manage stock levels across multiple outlets, ensuring shelves are replenished and product displays remain magical. Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of stock from the warehouse to retail outlets. Monitor stock usage, losses, and discrepancies, escalating issues where required. Work closely with Retail Managers to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock flow. Ensure safe working practices in line with health and safety requirements. Lead and motivate a small team, setting clear expectations and supporting their development.

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and leadership skills with proven stock or inventory management experience. A proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and record-keeping. Strong communication skills to coordinate between warehouse, retail, and management teams. Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
