OB PURPOSE
The role of the Stock Presentation Specialist is as follows.
Support the management team with all aspects of stock management.
To ensure that Harwoods stock is presented both physically and virtually in the best possible way.
To ensure stock, both trade and retail is turned as quickly as possible.
Ensure brand partner standards are adhered to.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Image vehicles to the Harwoods image & OEM standards.
Advert descriptions to be written to the relevant trained standards.
Set online adverts ready for the GSM / SM to price and publish the Vehicle.
To attend weekly stock performance meetings.
Maintain consistent Online Presence quality on Harwoods website, Manufacturer partner brand website(s), Auto Trader, Pinnacle, Salesforce.
Ensure internal systems are kept up to date with current and correct data.
Ensure mechanical and cosmetic vehicle preparation standards are adhered to, meeting manufacturer and internal standards.
Create internal WIP and liaise with technical staff for completion of preparation for sale/delivery.
Load and send trade vehicles to Group Disposal Auction using Manheim's eVa tool.
Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles bought by Buyers, checking p/x's match Sales Exec appraisal, and informing Line Manager of discrepancies.
Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, optional extras, prices, and key features - Product research.
Ensure physical presentation meets required standards - Ensure sites are free from litter, stock is presented clean, well-spaced out and in line with the sales managers requirements.

To maximize the brands exposure online we are looking for someone who has a real passion for all things Audi and an eye for detail.
The role will provide support for the sales team by getting our inventory photo'd and published in a timely manor whilst providing relevant and insightful detail about the vehicle before finally publishing the vehicle.
Working closely with the General Sales Manager you will play an integral role in driving online enquiry's and alongside this will post content onto our social media platforms.
Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
